Multiflor was formed in 2012 by its two owners who previously worked together for a successful group of Construction Subcontractors in the Building Sector. Despite the company starting trading in a recession Multiflor has achieved steady growth, progressing from delivering small contracts within schools and hospitals, to its most recent successful project a 3,500m2 apartment block in Chester.
Over the past 20 years Multiflor’s Managing Director John Irvine has managed some of the largest Subcontract’s in the UK for clients ranging from small developers to most of the largest Main Contractors in the UK. During that period 7 years have been spent successfully delivering flooring projects building a strong reputation for executing projects on time and on budget.Using this broad experience of managing construction projects Multiflor has in 5 years trading achieved accreditations in ISO 9001, 14001 and has on two consecutive years won a Considerate Constructor award.
