Multiflor is conscious of minimising any impact on the environment and maximising the sustainability of our practices. We take protecting our environment so seriously, we achieved the accreditation for it, ISO 14001. We have also won two awards, Third Most Considerate Constructor in the UK for 2015 and 2016.
In advance of your project we are pleased to offer expert advice on sustainable product options, reducing waste to landfill, BREEAM green guide rating, recyclable content, overall carbon footprint (including air miles) and planning for the end of product life – which can be prolonged by our maintenance programmes. We can provide information to support your project with BREEAM, LEED or SKA assessments. Our measurement software always lays out our flooring to the most economical grid meaning we can minimum waste. We work with our suppliers to minimise delivery packaging, and use environmentally friendly, low emission adhesives and floor levellers wherever possible. On site, we’re well versed in working with contractors to make sure of responsible waste segregation and disposal. In our offices we reduce, recycle and reuse wherever we can.
